Room

Making room for new things, litteraly and mentally. It feels good, but also a bit funny. Letting go of stuff, but also of a few wrong concepts I had about myself and exchanging them for new, better, broader ones.

Pursuing Peace

If something kinda sorta works for us, it's very unlikely we'll make changes. Even when it's relatively easy and very needed. That's why it's good to come to a point once in a while where you think: I need to make a difference now. Yesterday evening I made some changes in my interior and did some serious decluttering (again :). And although I still have a long way to go, and this may not sound like a big thing, the effect on my mood is huge. New energy and more importantly more peace :)

Room

Yeah I finally had a good night of sleep. A complication after removing my wisdom teeth had me in pain day and night in the past week :(. So that's why I haven't been around much lately.. (I even had to let my blog birthday pass, but I plan to have a belated blog birthday give away soon, so stay tuned ;)). I've been listening to podcasts about decluttering. The idea of getting rid of the clutter (in every way) and having room for those things that are worth the space, makes me feel so happy. Can't wait to put it into practice!
