I can't picture myself living in a modern uniform street anymore. I need variety, I need stories. Loads of stories can be found in my street, especially in december.
(Streetview was this weeks theme of 'corner view' a weekly appointment to show something from our own corner of the world)
I love your little street! So charming. And the holiday decoration is adorable!
BeantwoordenVerwijderen:)
VerwijderenI've not been to Netherlands but I have always imagined the streets to be like yours.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenSinterklaas looks like he's running away!!
How do you know about Sinterklaas :)?
VerwijderenSo charming, and makes you wonder about all of the stories in all of those stories (floors)!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt you know where to look..yes:)
Verwijderenlooks like you live in an older part of town, where more stories can be found!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYes I think it's mostly twenties/thirties
VerwijderenPretty street! I prefer older homes, too. I like the thought of others have lived in my space. (Of course, my current house is only 24 years old, but that's because the historic sections of Orlando were too expensive when I bought this house.)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYes they often come with a price, that's why I am renting, that allows me to live here
Verwijderenyou caught sinterklaas! did he bring you that chocolate letter? it is funny, just as i'm writing these words here, a collegue throws me a speculaasje...
BeantwoordenVerwijderenthere we go!!!
